So I am running a pent test lab with External Network Kali, Centos 2x Network Adapter (internal and external), Ubuntu (DNS, Web App, mail)
Prior to BigSur it was functioning perfectly, now with BigSur and FusionPro 12.1.1 network adapters are not connecting.
Well, the Kali Network Adapter is functioning and working as it should. The CentOs one Adapter is working and the other is not.
I have tried deleting and re-adding, I have tried to add multiple ones but nope, still getting the error message in the subject line.
Any suggestion???
Hi,
You'll have to start by attaching the vmware.log file if you want to have someone look into this.

Hi,
That's not the vmware.log file. You can find the vmware.log file in the Virtual Machine bundle folder.
(Right click on the vm bundle, choose "Show Package contents".. then from there attach all the vmware.log files. You can zip/compress them to put them in one file so you can attach.
Please do not convert them to pdf files as I'm sorry, but I am not even going to bother reading that (it's hard to read due to forced fonts, line breaks and automatic reflow)

Hi,
Thanks.
The relevant snippet in the log appears to be this bit:

Did you setup virtual network vmnet4 ?
Not having a vmnet4 network could give this error.
PS: I also noticed that you have thinprint configured, but it doesn't work now, so you might want to remove the virtual printer from your virtual hardware (just in case it is interfering somehow)

Don't know...
I suggest to start a new topic.
Describe the problem you are having (not just reply to something similar), preferably with as much background info as you have available.
and attach a complete vmware.log, instead of just 2 lines.
