Migrate from Parallels

Jump to solution

After a bad update to my Parallels V8 that froze my MAC, etc. I'm trying to decide whether or not to jump ship and buy Fusion 6.

My primary is a 2012 MAC mini w/16 GB memory and running Mavericks as well as win7 pro.

FAQ's says the switch is easy... Has this been a good or bad experience for others?

Thanks in advance of any response.... Your assistance is greatly appreciated...

There is a 30day trial of Fusion, you could use that and see if it suits your needs before putting any money down.

Hey Buddy,

As per my experience I had no issues. The importing is pretty easy. Follow the documentation link below :

Import a Parallels or Virtual PC Virtual Machine

Yes you can give it a try using Fusion 6.

Dexy.
