Mighty mouse no work in 24" Alum iMac 2.4 with VM/Boot Camp XP Home

I've been a longtime Parallels user and am thinking of swapping to Fusion, so I downloaded the trial and set it up. When I run the Boot Camp Partition it starts wdows and gets to the 2nd startup page (blue one) and puts u a dialog that says I have to reactivate Win.

Problem is, when the VM has focus the mouse won't work (I'm using the wired Alum keyboard and Mighty mouse that came with the computer).

Any ideas?

Does your keyboard work in the VM? You may be able to tab through the fields and enter the information to let it continue. Once tools is installed the mouse should be ok.
