Does one have the full capabilites of Microsoft Access in VMware Fusion for Mac?

Fusion is used to load a guest OS on a Mac computer. If that OS is Windows and you install MS Office that included MS Access it will work the same in a Windows VM as it does in a physical PC running the same OS and version of Access.
