Menu Bar feature

I want to add applications to that drop down. I see the option where I click on the + and choose from the list it gives me. However I dont see some installed applications. I installed the RSAT tools for Windows 7 and I would like applications like "Active Directory Users and Computers" to be a option to choose.

I can drill down through all programs but that kind of defeats the purpose.

I had that same problem. It appears that the list you get only contains recently opened applications. The start menu entries will be in the menubar item as well, they are added automatically. In order to resolve this either check the start menu items in the menubar item (All Programs) or run the application and add it to the menubar item.
