Mac dock not accessible in full screen mode

I just upgraded to Fusion 4.1.1.  Now when I run my VM in full screen mode the Mac dock is not longer accessible.  As I work around I have stopped running my VM in full screen mode but would really like to get back to using full screen mode.  This worked fine in Fusion 3.x.

That is true for any app supporting the new Full Screen mode in Lion. Each app in Lion Full Screen mode will end up on it's own space. This is not VMware Fusion's "fault". They just support the new, true, full screen mode.

Use Alt+Tab to switch to other apps and you can also take a look at Alfred to launch apps and you wont need the Dock anymore.

I am not using Lion and this worked fine with Fusion 3.x.  The only thing that has changed is I updated my Fusion to 4.1.1.
