Lotus Notes - Button Not Working - 3.1 Unity

We run Fusion on iMac 27" and have Windows 7 Installed as the guest OS. Using Notes 8.5.1, you can not use any of the drop down actions in the notes client when in unity, you must go back to full screen then they work.
Interestingly, when you use the keyboard shortcut to the action (For instance Alt 2), then use the down arrow to reply and Enter, it works.
Using the mouse to activate the drop down seems to be the culprit.
Anyone else having similar issues?

I have exactly the same problem.

Sometimes, while running in Lotus Notes in unity, I cannot reply to mails. This only occurs if I use the mouse to click i.e. reply to all.

If I use ALT+3 to activt the same actions everything works.

Why not run the native Mac Notes client instead?

There is no Designer or Administrator for Mac, only Client
