Looking for 3D tweak tool

I remember downloading a small utility panel that let the user tweak a ton of Direct 3D options, but now I can't find it. I remember that I read about it on this board. I don't recall the exact name, and didn't have any luck with keyword searches... Anyone know what I am talking about?

If brain serves me right....there was a tool named DirectX Tweaker some time ago...

Of course, the obvious answer is the right one... Who would have thought to name a tool that lets you tweak 3D settings "directx tweaker"??? At least I think this is the right one, it's up to version 3.0, and it's been awhile since I used it. Either way, looks like it has the features that I am looking for, thanks!
