Lion Scrolling Direction

Is there a way to reverse the scrolling direction for Lion guests?

Normally this preference is in the trackpad settings but that pane is empty for me.

Currently, VMware virtual machines are always presented with a virtual mouse, not a trackpad, which is why I assume the Trackpad preferences aren't available to you.

Try Scroll Reverser, which was made to help developers practice using the Lion style reverse scrolling on non-Lion systems.
