LOADING WIN 10

i have downloaded VMWare Fusion today to create Win 10 on my MacBook Pro 2020

I downloaded Win 10

opened a new file, and clicked on the Win 10 file  (i do not have a code at this point)

i made the necessary changes to the RAM and Storage.

when I started to do the build I get "could not open /dev//vmmon: Broken pipe. Please make sure that the kernel module 'vmmon' is loaded"

When i hit ok, i get "failed to initialize monitor device"

When i hit ok, i get "transport (VMDB) error - 14: Pipe connection has been broken

is there an error i a have made? or is there a fix?

thanks
