Key mapping issues after upgrading to Fusion 13

After upgrading to Fusion 13, I now have the same key mapping issues that I had when I upgraded to version 12. I don't remember what we did to fix them, but I talked to support countless times before it worked again. It was clearly a bug at that time. The main issues I'm having are that using Mac commands for copy/paste doesn't work (must use Control+C instead of Command+C), pressing both Command keys bring up Start Menu, even though settings say only the right one should do that, and Command+tab doesn't switch between Mac apps but instead sends the command to Windows. I have played around with all the settings and profiles but no difference. Does anyone else have the same issue? And if so, how do we fix it?

Here's a link to my previous post about the same issue in Fusion 12:

UPDATE: The problem was fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling VMWare tools.
