Just got a Keyboard error and VM Fusion became "Not Responding" Now file is "Damaged"

I am guessing I have to start everything again including the installation of software, restoration of files etc.

How do you prevent this crap from happening?

Should I be creating a copy of the vertual machine.

Worries me that it was so delicate.

Start using snapshots.
