This community is great in general... lots of info and lots of people willing to help. But it would be nice if VMWare provided some pre-sales technical support.
I'm in a situation where I'm willing to purchase the product (Fusion
but unless I can get my issues resolved, it won't make sense for me to spend the money.
It would be nice if I could email all the details of my issues to someone at VMWare (like sales - since they should be interested in providing support to sell the product) but it doesn't seem to be possible.
Does anyone in this forum/community represent VMWare that could connect me with some technical support while I'm still in the 30 day trial?

It states this:
Evaluation users can get help through the VMware Fusion Community. Evaluation users are not eligible for complimentary email support.
Sorry just the way it is.
What's the issue you're experiencing?
(Note I'm not technical support, I manage the Fusion business as a whole, but could at least point you in the right direction)
