Is there anyway to set a specific time for auto snapshot please?

Hi..I notice that the preferences for auto snaps hot only allows the choie of hourly intervals. Is there any way to make it take an auto snapshot at a specific time every day?

Cheers, David

No this type of granularity is not possible at the present time in Fusion and the Developers are aware that some Users would like that as a feature.

You could use cron or launchd and "/Library/Application Support/VMware Fusion/vmrun". If you choose to use launchd over cron have a look at Lingon.

Your welcome. I used cron in the past for scheduling things in OS X but since Eric () turned me on the Lingon I tend to use that over cron.

I did, thanks and sorry you weren't able to recover the data but at least it was only one days work and not a weeks worth.
