Installing VMWare and Windows 11 on Apple M2 max

I have used VMware on my previous apple (circa 2017) with VMware to use MS Project.

I am battling to get Windows 11 loaded after the Window 11 Pro release has expired. I have purchased Windows 11 for download.  Cannot get Windows 11.iso off the internet onto a MacOS.

Cannot get VMware connected to the internet on my Mac.

Any help will be appreciated. Willing to pay for support.

Thanks.

Fusion 13 has the ability to download and install windows directly in the UI - do that.

Microsoft doesn't provide a download location from the Internet for mere mortals to download Windows 11 ARM.

Use Fusion 13.5 (not 13.0) as VMware has provided a built-in GUI tool that will allow you to get a Windows 11 ARM ISO straight from Microsoft.

See the Unofficial Fusion 13 for Apple Silicon Companion guide https://communities.vmware.com/t5/VMware-Fusion-Documents/The-Unofficial-Fusion-13-for-Apple-Silicon... - it'll help guide you through things (referencing the appropriate sections of the updated VMware Fusion documentation, plus other helpful hints).

Your purchased license will activate Windows 11 ARM once you get it installed.
