Installing Monterrey 12.0.1 on Mac Studio

Hi,

I'm trying to install Monterrey 12.0.1 on Mac Studio M1 Ultra with VMWare Fusion 13.

When selecting the '+' I'm only getting the option to install Windows, Linux and other, no MacOS option.

Any idea?

It is because you have an M1 Mac, not an Intel one. MacOS guests are not currently supported on Apple silicon.
