Incompatible MAC OS

Recently upgraded MAC OS to Big Sur (11.3).  Now unable to open VMware fusion.  States incompatible MAC-OS.  Running VMware fusion 11.5.6Are there incompatiblity issues with the latest MAC OS software?  Do I need to upgrade to version 12 or return to prior MAC OS.  Not sure how to proceed.  Would appreciate any assistance.

Only Fusion 12 is compatible with changes that Apple made to MacOS with Big Sur.

Hi,

What Scott said.

However here is a bit of additional information.

https://blogs.vmware.com/teamfusion/2020/09/fusion-12-now-available.html

Perhaps the free Fusion Player 12 will work for you. (there's a link in the 2nd article)

Please note that if that link doesn't work and you are using Firefox, then try again using Safari or a private window.
