Impossible to launch VMware Fusion on MacBook Pro Catalina (10.15.2)

Hello everyone, when I install VMWare fusion on my MacBook Pro, I cannot launch it. When I press the icon to launch it, it opens for 1/2 seconds and then shuts off, so there is nothing I can do, someone would know how to fix this problem please?

Try a full clean install:

1) Drag Fusion to the trash

2) Empty trash

3) reboot

4) Empty trash

5) reinstall

6) make sure you choose 'allow' when the security prompts come up

Also make sure you're installing as an administrator account, not a 'regular' or 'guest' account.
