Impossible to import Parallels Windows XP into new fusion 2.0.2

I'm trying to import a Parallels Windows XP to my vmware Fusion 2.0.2. Importation process always finishes with a message about that the Parallels XP virtual machines has not been closed.

I've stoped carefully the Windows XP virtual machine of Parallels every time, but the importation to Fusion always ends with the same message.

What am I doing wrong?

Have a look at the and specifically the "Collect vmware-vmfusion.log files" section and archive and attach the "vmware-vmfusion*.log files to a reply post.
