Import from vm workstation 5.5

Is there a way vm Fusion can import a virtual machine from vm workstation 5.5 for Linux?

In addition to the beginner's guide that MandarMS links to, the short answer is that all you have to do is copy the virtual machine files over. Fusion should be able to use the Workstation 5.5 files directly, though if you want to use the newer features of Fusion (e.g. USB 2.0), you need to upgrade the virtual hardware.
