I have Fusion 12 pro but now I want to use Fusion 13 player (free) ,but my Personal Use LICENSE KEYS is not work.

I am having this issue too. Tried both copy and pasting, as well as typing in
You're sure you've copied the Fusion 13 key, not the Fusion 12 key?
I'm copying the only key I see available on the page? It doesn't indicate whether it's 13 or 12. How do I request/make sure it is a 13 key?
It is also interesting that today under Download Packages (on this page: https://customerconnect.vmware.com/en/evalcenter?p=fusion-player-personal), I am seeing the following message and no longer an option to download "Unable to process your request. Please try again later." It was no this way yesterday
Also, when I try to go to https://customerconnect.vmware.com/en/evalcenter?p=fusion-player-personal-13, it automatically removes the last "-13" and takes me to https://customerconnect.vmware.com/en/evalcenter?p=fusion-player-personal. This is where the key is, and download link was yesterday (now seeing an error, as mentioned above).
Appreciate the help!!
I just updated my Fusion Player 12 to Fusion Player 13. In order to use it for free, you need to register for a new Personal Use License:
vmware.com/go/get-fusionplayer-key
Then copy the key it provides, and paste it in after installing Fusion 13.
Which would be awesome if only the form would accept perfectly legitimate postcodes from countries other than the US
This issue seems to be resolved as of 12/7/22. I'm now able to request a key for Fusion 13. Thanks!
Today I tried again in all possible ways. Also new registration etc. is not working due to postal code problem.
This is very annoying.
