I can't import .ovf file on wmware fusion 12

Hello, I can't import an existing .ovf file on vmware fusion 12.

I got an apple mac silicion (M1 Max). The error after importing .ovf file is "Untersuchung nicht möglich: Fehler beim Starten des Hilfsanwendungsprozesses". It can't start the helper application process.

Is there any bug or something? I hope you can help me as fast as possible

Fusion 12 does not run on Apple Silicon Macs as noted in the Fusion release notes. Intel Macs only.  It appears to install on M1 Macs but does not work and is not supported.

There is a Tech Preview of Fusion for Apple Silicon Macs that does run on M1 Macs but it virtualizes ARM architecture operating systems only. Your .ovf  file will almost certainly not run because almost all of them require an Intel CPU.

Also, the current tech preview does not support import or export of .ova/.ovf filed.

See https://communities.vmware.com/t5/VMware-Fusion-Documents/Running-Fusion-and-upgrading-from-an-Intel... for a more in-depth discussion.

Investigate UTM or QEMU if you need to run an Intel VM on a M1 Mac.
