I can't get web site support

Hello

I can't get support via the web site, nor by phone (the phone message tells me to get support via web site). When I select Fault/Crashe option, I see my VMWare fusion support option, but then clicking on CONTINUE just bring me back to the beginning of the process.

Any idea?
