I can't access my license management on my customer connect account on vmware fusion 12.0

I need a license key to download the vmware fusion 12.0 on my macos catalina 10.15.7 but whenever I try to access the license management page on my customer connect account it always says the message: 

We’re sorry.

Your account doesn’t have permission to access this page. If you believe this is a mistake, please try again later.

I have reported your post to the moderators, asking them to move it to the area for Fusion.
