I am able to share a folder, but I cannot mirror it.

If I log into one Windows account with sharing and mirroring enabled, I do not see the mirrored folders.

However, if I log into another Windows account (an account that was first used to log in), the mirroring happens.

1. Why is mirroring working for one account and not the other?
2. Shouldn't mirroring happen across all Windows accounts?

I am on VMWare Fusion 6
