How to share files between Fedora and OS X?

I successfully installed VMware Fusion, and I downloaded a Fedora vmx. Everything is configured perfectly and works like a charm. However, I can't figure out how to move data between the virtualized Fedora installation and my Mac OS X host. Can anyone assist?

Thanks,

You should be able to enable Remote Login (ssh) and scp files over using your host's external IP address or enable Windows sharing and use a samba (smb/cifs) client to mount your OS X drive.

If you upgrade VMware tools to the version that shipped with the beta, you should also be able to drag-and-drop.

And shared folders. Although there is no UI to configure them, you will have to edit the .vmx file manually.

As a follow-up, installed fusion using Mandriva 2007, and everything went extremely smoothly including the ability to drag and drop files from desktop to desktop.

for at least Mandriva 2007, Fusion has a leg up over Parallels.
