How to set up access to localhost from vm guest

I am running VMWare Fusion 10 on my Macbook Pro (High Sierra OS) and am developing a website locally. I am trying to troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility on a windows machine (10, 8.1, 7). I need to be able to access the web server I'm running from my mac in the VM.

I've followed all kinds of help on stack overflow and elsewhere with no success.

That's odd - any of the networking options should allow you to see the host from the guest, and vice-versa.  You likely won't be able to use name resolution, but IP address should work fine.

I can not able to access my localhost which is running in my VM from my Host.

I tried Bridge connection as well NAT connection port forwarding methods.

but still i can not able to access my localhost in VM from my Host
