How to prevent Fusion from sleeping while on battery?

How can I stop Fusion from sleeping my XP WM when the MacBook Pro is running on battery power? Fusion regularly suspends itself when running in it's own Spaces space and it's not the active space. My power settings on the Mac side are set to not sleep. I am runnings Fusion 3.1 on a MacBook Pro 10.6.4.

Windows has it's own power settings. You should be able to prevent sleep or screensaver if you wish by modifying the Windows own power settings. Go into the power settings in the Windows Control Panel. You can choose Always On from the Power schemes and modify the other settings there.

Go into Virtual Machine settings > Advanced > Other and uncheck "Pass power status to VM". If that is already unchecked, then adjust the power policy from within your guest VM's Power settings.
