I would like to map a Mac OS host directory to a Windows Guest.

I use VMware Fusion Player Version 12.1.0 (17195230). But I got the following error. Could anybody let me how how to map a Mac OS host directory to the Windows guest?
"Windows cannot access \\vmware-host\Shared Folders"
