I've got several VMs running on Mac Minis with users who only understand Windows XP. By disabling the Mac shortcuts in preferences and hiding the VMware menu I can pretty well keep them "locked" in the VM, which is always full screen. However sometimes if they get the mouse down to the bottom of the screen, the dock pops up. If they accidentally click on something, trouble ensues. I have not been able to find a place to permanently disable the dock from appearing, and it doesn't happen all the time. Anybody have any suggestions on this?
