How to download Fusion 12 now that 13 is released?

I have an Intel iMac running a licensed copy of Fusion 11 Pro.

I registered for Fusion Player 12 and got a personal license but did not install it, since I have the Pro version.

Today I registered for a personal license of Fusion Player 13 successfully.

Goal:

Download a copy of Fusion 12 Player to use on my Intel iMac.

Download a trial copy of Fusion 13 Pro to my new Apple silicon MacBookPro with the intention of upgrading my Fusion 11 Pro license to Fusion 13 Pro if it works well on the MacBookPro.

Problem:

Can not find download of Fusion Player 12 - only see Player 13 available.

Older versions of Fusion can be downloaded from VMware. Go to https://customerconnect.vmware.com/downloads/info/slug/desktop_end_user_computing/vmware_fusion/13_0

You may be prompted at some point to log in with your VMware account.

Right underneath Download VMware Fusion, you'll see a pull-down under "Select Version:'

Click the pulldown and select 12.0.

You'll then see Fusion 12.2.4 displayed. Click on "GO TO DOWNLOADS".

The Download Product screen will then appear, It'll offer to give you Fusion 12.2.4. If you'd like one of the earlier Fusion 12 versions. click the dropdown Select Version and choose one of the available versions.

And by the way, Fusion Player and Pro are the same installed application. The license key you install controls what functionality you get - even the free personal use license key.
