How to change the drive letter in a virtual machine? (e.g. from D: and E:)

How do you map which drive gets which letter?

I have a Fusion / bootcamp virtual machine, that for some strange reason, changed the drive letters on me on the last boot.  The CD-ROM was 😧 and my second hard disk was E:  .  Now that has somehow reversed--my CD-ROM is E: and second disk is D:.

This is causing all sort of problems with my sql server database which is looking for everything in E: and will not startup now.

Worth noting: I recently upgraded to vmware fusion 4, and my virtual machine is running windows 7 home premium.

I'm not a Fusion user, but this is pretty straight forward for the guest OS.
