I am a home user. I would like to use Quicken for Windows on my Mac. I recently purchased VMWare Fusion for $149. I did not see the option on the website for the free license for personal use. How do I get a refund of my $149 and use the free version?
This company has been very hard to get a hold of. I was unable to initiate a virtual chat - no agents were available. I replied to the email address my order confirmation came from and have received no reply (except an automated acknowledgment). I spent over an hour making calls and navigating the vast automated menu options only to be repeatedly hung up on by the system, often after being placed on hold for 10 minutes to wait for an agent.
Supposedly paying $149 gets you 30 days of support, but I sure wouldn't know it.
