How do I re-establish a 'connection' on my Lion server with VMFusion 4?

Dear Forum Users:

I am in a PhD program and was sorting 'Folders' for better management and faster access to academic articles. I inadvertently changed a folder named 'WIN 7 Virtual machines' and placed an underscore '_' between WIN and 7 and Virtual Machines. When I attempted to access WINDOWS 7 this morning I got an error. I removed the underscore; however, my machine does not detect WIN 7 to VM Fusion. As I have a research paper to work on I need access to WINDOWS.

Any assistance would be most appreciated.

To help figure out what is what, the best way to provide comprehensive diagnostic information is to use the "Collect Support Information" command from the VMware Fusion (menu bar) > Help > Collect Support Information and then attach the .tgz file it created on your Desktop to a reply post.

Note: Use the "Use advanced editor" link in the upper right corner of the normal reply window to bring up the Advanced Editor where you'll be able to attach files via the Choose File button or Browse button (depending on the Browser) above the Post Message button!

WoodyZ: Thank you. Incidentally, once I restarted my system, it re-established a link to Windows 7 and now I have access once more.
