How do I exit fullscreen mode?

I'm running Windows XP Pro under VMware Fusion and I accidentally got into fullscreen mode and I'm not sure how to get out of it. When I first got into it, the instructions on how to get out did appear, but they only stayed up for a few seconds.

(Also, what did I accidentally do to get into fullscreen mode, so I can try to avoid doing it in the future.?)

Thanks very much.

Cmd-Ctrl-S will exit full screen mode. You probably got into it by pressing Cmd-Ctrl-Enter.

In Full Screen, move you mouse arrow to the top of the screen and the VMware menu appears. Select View and then either Unity or Single Window. You can also use the keyboard combination shown in the menu.

You can also get back to your Mac desktop and other Mac applications by typing OpenApple/Tab.
