How Does one install Ubuntu 18.04 Desktop with a NVMe boot disk for Ubuntu, while using Fusion Pro 10.1.2? Am running Mac OS 10.13.4

i Have run Ubuntu under Fusion for years using a SCSI boot drive for Ubuntu (while actual Mac drive is NVMe SSD 1TB.  I recently re-installed Windows 10 using secure EUFI and NVMe, which worked quite well.  I am not able to figure out how to install Ubuntu 18.04 Desktop and specifying to Fusion the boot drive is NVMe.  Ubuntu objects, saying it cannot find a boot drive.

I would appreciate recommendations.

Hi Mijrob,

Easy Install uses SCSI as default bus type for Ubuntu 18.04. If you prefer to choose NVMe as your boot drive, you have to install Ubuntu manually (Non-Easy Install).

Hope it helps.
