Higher price for Fusion in shop as indicated on webside

Hi,

i am student now and wanted to buy fusion 7 pro now.

I had 2 questions:

(1)

According to the store at

http://store.vmware.com/store/vmwde/de_DE/html/pbPage.AcademicStore_DE

the price for academic should be 59,95€, if i put this in the basket i would be charged 68,95€.

ALL products are higher charged as indicated.

Verkaufspreis:  129,95 €  Academic Price: 59,95 €
Upgrade:  68,95 €  Academic Upgrade: 42,95 € -

Why are the prices on the webside lower than displayed at checkout? (no this is no VAT issue!)

(2) i already bought fusion 6 pro which is in my account. I cant buy the academic upgrade  because the license is already in my account...
