With Fusion closed replace the zero bytes .vmx file with the one attached in the .zip file.

Archive (compress) the vmware.log file and the .vmx file into a single .zip archive file from the VM's folder then attach the .zip file to a reply and one of us will create new .vmx configuration file for you.
