Hello my Guest is freezing again and again beim trying to install Windows 10 64Bit LTSC or the same with Server 2022 Trials of Microsoft.
I have a MacBook Pro Ventura 13.3.1 on it and VMWare Fusion 13.
The time of hang up is at windows saying "Getting Devices Ready".
The Configuration is 100 Bytes virtual disk, 4096 Mega RAM and 2 Cores CPU UEFI Bios.
The Installation is as Custom Installation and I choice the "Windows 10
Enterprise N x64" version or "Windows Server 2022 Standard"
Since I have only a few parameters, I can not imaging what is going wrong hier.
Question: Is there a log to show for witch kind of devices the problem could be ?
In Windows or VMware ....
Thanks in Advance
Roberto
I can confirm this happens with the eval version of Windows 10 LTSC and Fusion 13 on a 2014 Mac mini.
Seems this may not be a problem unique to VMs. Check out https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1080399/(solved)-windows-10-ltsc-2021-installati...
According to the post, switching to the regular (not evaluation) version of Windows 10 LTSC fixed the poster's problem.

Which points the finger at a Microsoft issue.
what's the host hardware? If M1, Windows 10 isn't supported. If running open core, fusion isn't supported.
If it's a supported intel machine, rather than doing a custom installation, just drag/drop the installer and let fusion pick the setup based on the ISO.
