Graphical anomalies with 10.7.3 Vmware Fusion 4.1.1

Anyone find they get graphical distortion after updating to 10.7.3 within a VM? I have to switch between full screen and non-full screen in order to get it to normalise.

Host is also running 10.7.3. Guest OS is Lion Server.

Yes I have to cause a refresh in order to restore visible graphics. I cannot see the screen at all when the problem occurs. The graphics are all warped or distorted.

I see this occassionally when I try to do something to the window (like resize it) before the VM fully boots and stabilizes.

Sits like this after long finishing the boot process. I'm running on an SSD so the boot is mere seconds. I see the user icons and then it distorts to this:

Loginwindow.png

I can remember where the icons were. I click and then enter the password. The login progresses but the graphics stay distorted and it looks like this:

After Login.png

It remains like this indefinitely until I click to escape out of Full Screen. The graphics are then restored to normal.

This is running on the Intel HD 3000 Graphics built-in to the Core i5. Don't know if the real GPU is to blame or if the VMware drivers need updated to be compatible with 10.7.3.

3D acceleration was off by default. Enabled it but this made no difference. Reverting it to off again.

Are you using GFXStatus or some other tool to force the system to use the integrated graphics?  That's not compatible with fusion.
