Ghost Icon

I am sure this has been addressed before, I did a search but no luck.

I'm on a Mac Pro 2019 with Big Sur, latest version of Fusion Pro. I have a VM running Mojave OS.

I have a blank icon on the window, that sits above any application. Looks like the icon of a text file, for example. Nothing is broken, its just annoying. 

Anyone know how to get rid of this?

As blank as can be. It sits on top of whatever is on the screen.
