Have you ever had the exprience as follow...?
I use VM (Windows7) on Fusion 10(10.1.3(9472307)) at high Sierra(10.13.6(17G65)).
I often have a problem that mouse pointer freeze and I can't operate at all.....
One way to fix is reboot forcefully .
Someone who knows this problem, please let me know how to fix this problem.
What's the guest and host CPU and memory configuration? Sounds like you may have too many cores assigned to the guest.
Hi dlhotka
My setting for guest OS (Window7).
CPU:1 Processor
MEM:2048MB
My MACbook
CPU:1.7GHz Core i7
MEM:8GB
Nope, that's not it. Very odd.
Can you hit CMD-ctrl and release the pointer? Wondering if it's a frozen host or guest.
Yes, I can hit for controling of mouse pointer to the MAC.
I didn't check after upgrading fusion from 7 to 10.
Thanks to your comment, I got a chance to check the virtual machine settings again.
When I checked, I found message of I have to upgrade of "Hardware version".
After that It works fine without freeze.
I think that is the problem that I didn't upgrade Hardware version.
How do you think about?
