I have been using bootcamp for several months (without issue) and have grown tired of having to run windows stand alone so I recently downloaded VMfusion. I am having a problem running bootcamp through VM Fusion. It worked fine stand alone (Bootcamp) but when I try open it in fusion I get the following windows prompts:
This appears to me to be an issue with windows, however, if I open windows at restart natively it works fine. These issues only present themselves if I boot though VMfusion. The windows warning does give some specific direction to repair the problem but I don't understand why it does not give me the same direction when I boot windows on its own at restart. Is this a bootcamp, windows or fusion issue? Any assistance from the community would be much appreciated. I'm not the most savvy when it comes to windows and this problem is beyond my comprehension.
