Since updated to Fusion 10 I can´t access to the VMs console on my ESXi server. I captured the network traffic, I see that there is some kind of problems with certificates when the server and the client are talking on 902 TCP port.
I need to solve it ASAP!!!!

Please try creating a DNS entry on your host machine for the VM's IP address and then try opening the console screen again.

I saw this issue when connect to ESXi 5.0 host with Fusion 10. if you are using higher version of ESXi, could you please attach the Fusion log for analysis.
