Hello,
If I open VM ware Fusion 12.2.4 ther is an error code.
Transportfehler (VMDB) -14: Pipe connection has been broken
Does anybody know what to do?
Thank you!
MAC OS 12.6
Best regards,
Frank
Did you uninstall OpenCore, before reverting from unsupported Ventura to supported Monterey…? Maybe you are still booting from OpenCore, which (being an old version) thus disables AMFI (which must be enabled for Fusion to work)…? Try to uninstall OC and reset the NVRAM:

Thanks for the replies. I will try the suggestions.
From you replies it looks as if it has to do with OCL. I had other weird issues in this Monterey install, so it probably has to do with it.
The only guaranteed solution is to downgrade to a supported hardware/OS stack. Fusion doesn't support unsupported platforms.

I think that @mdbergmann2 has a problem that's slightly different. From what was posted, his configuration is supported with Monterey. It appears that he tried to use Ventura on that same system, and then backed off to Monterey. @SvenGus is thinking that he didn't remove all traces of OCLP I(perhaps in early boot phases) and some of the firmware/boot hacks may still be present.
Ah, makes sense. I'm sure that's the issue. A full format/rebuild is probably required.
Oh, one other warning - there's still a bug even in the tech preview, that you have to toggle shared folders off and back on after booting before the mount point shows up in the guest.
