I have a VM (W10) that its crashing from time to time and it asks me to generate a crash dump to send to support, but even though my licence is properly registered, the support portal doesn't offer the possibility to open a support ticket for Fusion.
At this stage I'm not looking for help but there should be some means by which I can submit the crash report to VMware so that your engineers can be aware of the crash. I don't want a support ticket per se, but just a means to send the ticket.
I guess this would become a feature request to have an option in the Help menu to "Send crash dump to VMware...", select the file and have it uploaded...
