Fusion 7.1 with Yosemite Unity issue

I'm having an odd issue with Fusion on Yosemite when I attempt to use Unity. My guest is Windows 7 enterprise, fully patched.

When I attempt to open most, but not all, applications, I repeatedly get a warning similar to this:

You are opening the application “<Windows Application>” for the first time. Are you sure you want to open this application?

The application is in a folder named “Applications.” To see the application in the Finder without opening it, click Show Application.

This happens even though I have opened the applications several times.

I think I may have found the culprit.

Launch Services Database corruption. I ran the following command:

/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -kill -r -all local,system,user

And now, Fusion seems to be not prompting every time I open an Application!

Just attempted a uninstall/reinstall of Fusion 7.1 with no change.

I've attached a picture of the error I am getting when I attempt to start Unity.

This appears every time.
