Fusion 6 Windows 8.1 Hangs at login for hour CPU over 110% Fan on

Had many buggy issues after upgrading from prev. version of Vmware to Fusion 6, also upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1

After research, uninstalled and reinstalled Vmware

Now have new problem that's worse...  Experiencing a constant spin for over an hour each time I try to login to Windows 8, also, now the fan comes on almost immediately and CPU monitor shows VMware using over 110%

Please advise on possible solution... This is now unusable for me and is much needed for a few key windows only applications.

Running:

Macbook Pro 2012 15 inch 2.6GHz quad core

4 monitors (3 external plus the Mac)

Mac OS X 10.9.2

Vmware for Mac Fusion 6.0.2

Windows 8.1 Pro (Windows 8 x64)

Please help!!!
