Fusion 4.02 - no network adaptor, keyboard disconnects

Hi

I have just installed vmware fusion on Intel Imav OSX 10.6.8 , Windows 7 Hopme premium on boot camp partition.

There is no network adaptor. I ave tried reinstalling/repairing VM Tools but to no avail.  I cannot establish a bridged or NAT connection to my network or internet.

Also annoyingly the keyboard (wireless apple)  seems to disconnect from the  MAC desktop whenever I open the Windows 7 desktop.

Any advice appreciated

I am exeriencing the exact same problem. Totally immobilzed me -- VM ware?? got a fix guys?
