Fusion 12.2.0 not running for Mac 10.15.7

I am not able to run version 12.2.0 with mac version 10.15.7 however it is listed as supported https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2088571

If you search the forum, you will see that 12.1.2 is the latest version which can run on Catalina.  Download and install that version.

Thanks for the reply. I downloaded the latest dmg, still not able to install it

Trying 12.1.2 instead of 12.2.0
